Most of our items are made to order and could take up to two weeks to craft and ship. We will email you as soon as your item is in the mail. We appreciate your patience.
RETURNS
All products have a 14 day return period from when you receive them. Please email us as portanddime@gmail.com with details and we will provide you with a shipping label for your return.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please let us know why. We appreciate any and all feedback.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your purchase please email us with details and we will do our best to accommodate the situation. For example, if the color of the product wasn't exactly what you were expecting, we will happily ship you a different color after receiving the original order back in the mail.
